Join us for this 30 minute low impact cardio workout. Low impact does not mean it's easy!! We still get our heart rates up and there will be no shortage of sweat dripping. There will be a bell to start the round, and a buzzer to finish it. Keep an eye on the timer on the screen to pace yourself!
