This is a large medical pouch that is used in the US Marine Corps. The pouch is large enough to carry a lot of medical supplies secured by a big zippered flap. Inside the pouch, on the back, is soft side hook and loop for attaching compatible accessories and pouches. On the backside of the zippered flaps are organization slots and elastic bands for securing items. On the outside is MOLLE webbing for attaching additional items and the pouch can be mounted to MOLLE compatible surfaces. This is a great large medical pouch for trauma supplies, or for use as a good general purpose pouch for large items.
