🌴Ingredients

2 1/2 pounds oxtail
1/2 sweet pepper
1 stalk scallions
2 tsp pimento seed
3 tbsp fresh thyme
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp fresh ginger
2 tsp scotch bonnets Pepper
1 onion
1 small carrot

🌼Seasoning
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp All Purpose Season
1 tbsp oxtail season/optional
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp ketchup

🌼Sauce
4 1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 Bell pepper
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp wet jerk season

500g Pasta
15 cup hot water

📌Cook oxtail till tender
