New Zealand finally got our very own chance to meet Melanie Scrofano for Armageddon's Wynonna Earp panel in Wellington, on August 2, 2020.

These are all of my parts with Mel, plus a Kiwi accent question bonus thrown in. I will probably upload the whole panel later so stay tuned :)

First up, (0:16) I started off the Wynonna Earp chant with my fellow Kiwi Earpers, yelling it at the top of my lungs, which I still can't believe I had the guts to do.

(0:46) I then FINALLY met and greeted Melanie after a long 4 year wait. Much fangirling and swooning ensued along with a pillow & crotch joke...

My first question for Mel (1:33) - Does it blow your mind that you have such dedicated fans all the way over in little ol' New Zealand?

Second question (2:00) - It’s no secret that you have some of THE best one-liners in the history of television...how much improv do you get to do on set and have your own words ever made it onto the show itself?

Third question (3:19) - You said in the SDCC panel last week that you'd never seen Titanic before...were you being for real?

Fourth question (3:46) - What was it like having Anne Of Green Gables herself as your own mother on Wynonna Earp?

(4:42) MORE FANGIRLING MOMENTS ENSUED and swearing (whoops) ensued!!! Moments I will never EVER forget. I smile every time I watch it :)

(5:06) I had to throw in Allie's question where Mel was asked to attempt her best Kiwi accent...not bad, Mel, not bad :)

(5:52) Mel was then asked if she'd had any crazy fan encounters...nek minnit...she brings up the moment literally 10 minutes earlier where I had gone on stage with my Wynonna pillow and essentially had her face in my crotch.

(6:08) I then got another to ask her more questions!!!

Fifth question (6:16) - Did the dynamics on the set change when Shamier left?

Sixth question (7:47) - Did you do any pranks on set?

(9:39) When the panel ended I yelled the Wynonna Earp chant again!



Such a special day that was. My first chance meeting a Wynonna Earp cast member!!! One I will never forget. Melanie Scrofano is such a genuine, sweet, funny, and all-round beautiful human being. She is the best of us! I hope to actually meet her in person one day :)
