To have a minimalistic approach in music can be hard. To dare playing one note, for a long time. Inner thoughts, imagined expectations and so on can be a struggle.

I think looping, creating soundscapes and free improvisation is a nice way to practice a minimalistic approach. In this video I try to add a few ambient folk guitar things, stop, listen to nature and repeat.

This is the 7th in the series of ambient folk improvisations. It's behind the scenes/music where I explore ideas, improvise and compose this time on my weird tuned folk guitar. This isn't supposed to be perfect, it's about recording the process. Some of these improvisations may become a song later on.
