I have been playing the funny horse racing game and it has become a problem. Umamusume is pretty fun to have open on the side while doing other computer tasks, I highly recommend trying it to see if it's your thing.
But easily the coolest thing about it is how all of the characters are based off of actual racehorses and how the game builds a narrative around them that also reflects and pays homage to the horses they're named after. It's also just chock full of unique stories and behaviors shown in the game and anime that mirror how the horses behaved in real life and also just cool references like Agnes Tachyons name. And just facts about the real-life horses because they are also very fun to learn about.

There Are So Many Umamusume moments to talk about in regards to the game references and the stories about the real life horses even beyond the game. All this really Uma's my Musume's (This was funnier in my head). Bonus fact did you know Haru Urara is always cheering after every race because of her optimism, she doesn't even have other animations since she's just always happy just to be there and finish. Unfortunately her only animation is listed as her losing animation and it just plays every time you complete a race even if she wins. As well as everyone's favorite absolutely insane troll gold ship who comes from a long bloodline of absolutely insane horses that cause problems, like burning 1.2 billion yen by throwing a race just for fun.
