My life (and weight) changed when I started to become less robotic and "masculine" about my surroundings, health + beauty, and instead tuned into my divine feminine energy...the energy that craves sensuality and pleasure.

And I don't just mean in the bedroom! I'm talking about little luxuries and pleasures like sipping from my gorgeous Anthropologie mug  (they have the best house ware selection) with organic and local coffee with collagen powder + oat milk... wearing a silky smooth red night gown instead of old and baggy t-shirts to bed... having fresh flowers in my office.

I realized that the pleasure was a major missing piece in my life, and this whole practice has been a GAME changer for me.
