He shares why most criticisms come from misunderstanding, like reading FIFA's 144-page rulebook and concluding football is bureaucratic instead of just playing the game.

You'll learn why power shifts from the CEO to a governance process (not to consensus), the difference between command hierarchy and definitional hierarchy, and why "tyranny of structurelessness" and "tyranny of consensus" are both traps. Plus the soccer analogy: adopt all the rules but accept you're gonna play "six-year-old Holacracy" – sloppy and messy is part of the learning.

The advice for fellow travellers: "Your first six months with Holacracy should be frustrating. If they're not, you're doing it wrong – you're building new muscles. Accept it's a five-year journey, not a quick fix."
