This was my first solo trip that was not solo as I was accompanied by someone every time.

This journey through Arunachal Pradesh is one of the most unexpected and beautiful adventures I've ever had. From the initial struggle of being stranded in Dirang without a rental bike to walking the path to Sangti Valley, every moment was a lesson in the kindness of strangers and the magic of the mountains.

In this vlog, I take you along through the high-altitude passes and peaceful monasteries that make this region so special.

🏔️ Highlights of the Journey:

The Pivot to Sangti Valley: After finding out rental services were closed, I decided to walk 7km toward the valley, eventually getting a lift from a kind couple.


Zemithang via Lumla: We visit the massive Tara Devi idol (Goddess Shakti) and learn the meaning behind Zemithang—the land of sand and flat ground.


The Scooter Feat at Gonkarla Lake: While cars and bikes struggled with the climb, we managed to get our scooter all the way up to the frozen lake.

Cultural Immersion: From the peaceful silence of Thupsung Dhargye Ling Monastery to the historic stories at the Tawang War Memorial and Museum.


The Final Stops: Ending the trip with the majestic Jang Waterfall and the serene Bomdila Monastery.
