1st Generation (2001-2005) LEXUS IS300 car review! After 6 months of ownership of our newest project car, the 2003 Lexus IS300 SportCross (Lexus Wagon), I'm ready to provide my short-term car review for what is arguably one of the top JDM cars in the past 20 years. Known also as the Toyota Altezza, and Toyota Gita (SportCross) overseas, this popular 4-door sport sedan with its Toyota 2JZ engine was Lexus' first attempt to compete with the likes of the BMW 3 series (BMW E46), Audi A4, and other German automotive rivals. In this video, I'll provide you with my first hand experience with the Lexus IS300, including exterior styling, interior features, seating comfort, driving / ride comfort, engine power and responsiveness, gas mileage, and more. Let's find out if the 2003 Lexus IS300 SportCross was a good automotive investment, or just an impulse buy!
