Indeed, the Cleveland Launcher XL Irons bring high launch, distance and smooth feel in one technology packed set. This is a mixed set of irons with the 7 iron and above being hollow body construction and extremely forgiving while the 9 iron and lower are traditional cavity back for more control.

The Launcher XL is easy to hit due to its bigger head with a large face. The unique V shaped sole helps with turf interaction, and the weight in the toe promotes a stable head at impact. Artificial Intelligence was employed to design the face for forgiveness and ball speed. An 8 gram counter balance plug in the butt of the shaft helps with the feel of the down swing so you can be aggressive. CNC milled grooves that are specific to loft help to keep balls on the greens. These strong lofted irons promote distance and they’re even clearly marked with their lofts in addition to the number of iron.

These game improvement irons pack a lot of features in a larger head with thicker sole and top line to increase confidence over the ball at address. Even with as forgiving as they are these Cleveland Launcher XL still afford the player with the ability to shape the ball flight. These clubs are best suited to mid to high handicap players. Elite players to low handicappers may not like the bigger head and strong lofts.
