But I’m not gonna lie, it was also super high anxiety for me as a little agency owner. We’re in growth mode and I have super high standards to deliver to my clients - for myself and my team. This means getting everything out of my head and into shareable snippets with my team.

It’s a mindset thing - I’m not a freelancer anymore, and I’ve hired a team that I TRUST. BUT man, if that first batch of content to my new clients and waiting for them to be all like “I HATE THIS” triggers all my anxiety and worst fears. I often worry that what I do isn’t good enough, witty enough, pretty enough... you know. The social media world can be like middle school all over again. Amirite?!
