Arrowhead Tactical Apparel... SIZE GUIDE!!

I've now been wearing the Arrowhead shorts all summer on my morning runs, and regularly wear them out and about too. These are very comfortable, but I've seen some comments on how sizing can be an issue. So I set out to find out if you're an in between size... which one fits? I purchased medium and large sweat pants and joggers to find out!
