Watch the 4 times reincarnated Ganden Tripa (Mahayana Dharmaraja) sings Guru Tsongkhapa Mantra !!!
The making of this video is inspired by verse 107 The Wheel of Sharp Weapons composed by the great Buddhist Master Dharmarakshita transmitting to the Lord of Sutra and Tantra The Great Atisha :
All things are like images found in a mirror,
And yet we imagine they are real, very real;
All things are like mist or like clouds on a mountain,
And yet we imagine they are stable and firm.
Our foe: our insistence on ego-identities
Truly our own, which we wish were secure,
And our butcher: the selfish concern for ourselves –
Like all things these appear to be truly existent,
Though they never have been truly existent at all.
The Victorious Guru Tsongkhapa ( 1357-1419) was an emanation of the wrathful Manjushri- Vajra Bhairava (Yamantaka), and he was also the embodiment of the body, speech and mind of the 3 representative Buddhas- Avalokiteśvara (body), Manjushri (speech) and Vajrapani (mind). The meanings of the 3 representative parts of Buddha are Avalokiteśvara (body) - compassion, Manjushri (speech)-wisdom and Vajrapani (mind)-power. Je Tsongkhapa was born in the dark period when Buddhism had degenerated in Tibet, where monks were indulging in sexual intercourse and engaged in other activities which were breaking the vows and samaya of the sangha communities. As Je Tsongkhapa was concerned that the pure lineage of Buddha Shakyamuni would be corrupted further, which would likely lose its stainless blessings if no corrective action was being taken. So inspired by the Great Dharma Prince Atisha, the victorious Tsongkhapa initiated and ignited the renaissance of pure Buddha teachings following the Kadhampa lineage which emphasized on dharma studies, moral disciplines and profound practices bonding the disparities between sutra and tantra.
Also many of Guru Tsongkhapa’s stainless Buddha teachings especially his composing texts of Lamrim Chenmo were based on the blueprint from the Great Atisha’s Lamp For the Path To Enlightenment. From the records of Bhadrakalpa Thousand Buddhas Scripture: Buddha Shakyamuni is Buddha no.4, the Great Atisha is Buddha no.7, Guru Tsongkhapa is Buddha no.11, and all the Ganden Tripas (Head of the Gelugpa Sect) ranging from the first to 98th Ganden Tripa are emanations of the Wrathful Yamantaka, they are all emanations of Buddha Manjushri , the Buddha of Wisdom.
Mahayana Dharmaraja was the emanation of the following reincarnated Ganden Tripas and also the emanation of the Great Atisha and thus is one of the highest ranking Tulku under the Gelugpa lineage:
