Ingredients:
300g paneer (cubed)
2 tbsp oil
1 large onion (finely chopped)
2 tomatoes (pureed)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
curd half cup
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
4. Pour in the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
5. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook the masala until oil starts to separate.and th as n add curd fry till oil separates.
6. Add paneer cubes and mix gently to coat them with the masala.
7. Sprinkle garam masala and cook for a few more minutes.
8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
9. Serve hot with roti or naan.
