Jonathon Giftos is a fourth-year medical (2012 graduate, M.D.?) student at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, with an interest in community-based primary care and palliative care. At Mount Sinai he is able to tend to a diverse patient base, personally connecting to each patient. With a background in Social Work, Jonathon has a passion for palliative care and benefited from both the first and largest department of Palliative Care in the country found at Mount Sinai.
