We eat a lot of ribeye steaks on the carnivore diet, so we started buying whole ribeye roasts and cutting our own steaks. It is more cost effective this way. We typically get 14-17 steaks depending on the size of the ribeye roast and we buy one every three or so weeks at Costco.
