This flatbread accompanies many of our bbq dishes as it’s so quick and easy to make, and it also tastes amazing. I also like them because they are a healthy option for a side. If you haven’t made flat breads before I promise these are super simple and pair excellently with any bbq meats. An added bonus is you can use this recipe these to make pizza bases.


The Recipe -

300g Greek Yogurt
300g Self raising flour
Pinch of salt (optional)

Step1.
Measure out the yogurt and flour in equal weights

Step 2.
Kneed the dough for 5-10 minutes on a clean surface using some extra flour
So the bench doesn’t get sticky

Step 3.
Let dough rest for 15-30 minutes

Step 4.
Break up dough in to small pieces and rolls out with a rolling pin.

Step 5.
Cook flatbreads on a medium to high heat pan for 3 minutes on each side, using some olive oil spray.
