These video are sent to School Principals who will select candidates of their choice from watching these videos, so do it well as you could be the among the lucky ones to be selected for a job interview which then could land a job or not. Depends on alot of factors as well which i share in other videos. This is a very competitive process, so prepare well and give it your very best.
