Another fine instrument from the Maryland builder who was able to steal Robin Bullock's heart. It would be great as an all purpose guitar. I had to do a double take when I first saw the top on this guitar. Is it spruce? or Cedar? Nope, it's Tulip Magnolia, and I have to say that I really enjoy it. I have heard of a few builders experimenting with this wood, but I hadn't had the chance to try it first hand until we got this MacCubbin in.
