Kalu Waterfall!

Located in the Malshej Ghat area of Maharashtra, India, Kalu Waterfall is a stunning natural attraction. Here are some key facts:

1. Height: Approximately 100 feet (30 meters)
2. Scenic surroundings: Lush green forests and rocky terrain
3. Trekking: A moderate-level trek leads to the waterfall
4. Swimming: Natural pool at the base, perfect for a refreshing dip

Best Time to Visit:

1. Monsoon (July-September): Peak water flow creates a breathtaking sight
2. Post-monsoon (October-November): Water flow subsides, revealing more rocky terrain

Tips:
1. Distance from Malshej Ghat: 12 km (7.5 miles)
2. Distance from Mumbai: 140 km (87 miles), 3.5-hour drive
3. Road accessibility: Till Malshej Ghat, then trek (around 2 km/1.2 miles)
4. Safety precautions: Be cautious while trekking and near water
