Episode 3 - Moscow Chapter 1: A Sign from Above has 20 locations.
1- 0:00 At the beginning, behind a tree on the right path.
2- 0:06 At the beginning, by a statue on the left path.
3- 0:11 Before the first alarm swarm, on a shelf behind a door.
4- 0:16 Before the first alarm swarm, on a box in a side area.
5- 0:22 Before the first alarm swarm, on the right side of the staircase.
6- 0:28 Before the first alarm swarm, after opening a door, behind a bench.
7- 0:33 Before the first alarm swarm, before opening another door, on a balcony.
8- 0:38 After the first alarm swarm, in the left path (narrow corridor), behind the door.

Special note: Due to the abnormally high number of locations in this chapter, you are less likely to get a breaching charge or improving bag at any given location, so charges/bags will be more scarce overall. More than half (11/20) locations occur after the second alarm swarm. If your team can manage the first and second alarm swarms, try to save your breaching charges for the final defense.

All breaching charges / improving bags were found on Extreme difficulty, over multiple runs. Improving bags and breaching charges share the same spawn locations. In my experience, up to 3 breaching charges and 2 improving bags can be found on a single Extreme run. Some locations found on lower difficulties will not be valid for Extreme difficulty, while all locations found on Extreme difficulty should be valid on lower difficulties. I use mutators in a private lobby with bots to make recording the video easier, but this will have no effect on the locations. Each chapter can take between 1-5 hours to record, depending on luck. Let me know if I've missed any locations!
