I discovered the location of the power unit. It's located @ Barrington District Enter the top right hand room, it's located approximately right hand center.
You will also be required to make sure you have a winter hat, winter jacket and hot water bottle to complete the quest. Place the unit into the desert train and hop on top.
The train will begin it's journey to the adjacent territory. During this trek l removed that portion because of copy right music.
