1 14 Oz Pack Coconut
1 1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Tablespoon Red Food Coloring
1 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1 1/2 Teaspoon Mixed Essence
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Powder
Orange Peel


Temperature:
375 °F Bake for 8 min
