They rarely account for the weight they leave behind. And yet they lend to a 41% decrease in job satisfaction.

I’ve been thinking about the space between what is said in the boardroom and what is felt in the bodies of those left to lead afterward.

This episode of The Future Ready Leader isn’t about severance.

It’s about the aftermath.

The in-between.

The long pause between decisions and their human impact.
