Nelly’s Echo is neither a band nor a solo musician, but a concept of the musical experience associated with its creator, Nelson. After self-releasing 4 successful albums, performing at over 100 different colleges in each of the last 3 years, and entertaining the troops in Cuba, Nelson appeared on Season 3 of The Voice.
Relying on lessons learned from his childhood in Africa and his everyday experiences telling his story through rhythm and rhyme, Nelsons’ music and live show have been compared to the likes of Jason Mraz or John Mayer. Music for Nelly’s Echo is the means to a more important goal of reaching the four corners of the earth with the message of positivity, life, hope, and love.
