A healthy Syrian recipe that combines beetroots, tahini sauce, Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon and olive oil all fused to perfection. The perfect nutritious snack, salad or a side dish that can go with any main course, that is made in less than 5 minutes.

The ingredients for our recipe are:
1 kg of cooked beetroots, cut in small cubes
2 garlic cloves, crushed
30 ml of tahini
50 - 70 gr of Greek yogurt
30 ml of olive oil
1 lemon juice
1 small spoon of salt

Into a small bowl we mix all the ingredients well, then add the beetroots and mix well. Set into a fridge and serve chilled alongside any main course dish, or as an appetizer.
