Beverley Park, Paignton | Beverley Holidays Tour & HONEST Review

Join us as we give you a full tour and honest review of Beverley Holidays.
This Holiday Park situated on Goodrington Road in Paignton, Devon, consists of 3 different sites - Beverley View, Beverley Bay and Beverley Park, which we stayed in.
If you are looking to stay there, we hope that our tour and review lets you decide if this is the place that you want to book for your break.
Here we give you a breakdown of how we found the static caravan and the facilities on Beverley Park.

Accommodation.
We had booked a platinum caravan for the cost of £370 for 3 nights at the start of the Easter period. We can say that we were very impressed with the caravan. It was 2 bedroomed, with TVs in all rooms! It was very clean and at this site when you booked this package you do find that towels, basic toiletries and complimentary teas and coffee were provided.
There was no parking next to our caravan, and we did end up walking about 20 or so yards, but there were paths to all homes, so you did not get muddy. But, we also found that sound echoed. So when people were walking past our caravan, we ended up being woken up at silly hours..
Not an issue if you have older children, but it did wake our young ones up a couple of times. A sign asking people to be conscious of other guests, would probably have resolved this?
Beverley View has some beautiful looking lodges for hire, but it is further away from the main complex.
Then Beverley Bay which was situated over the road, had more static caravans for hire, and a pub. Which can be used by anyone staying at Beverly Holidays. It also has a very small outdoor pool on that part of the park.

Main Complex - The Boulevard.
Within this you have the Jetty Restaurant.
It has a good variety of food including Tapas. But it can be noted that we ordered 1 child burger and one adult burger, the difference was about £5 in price, and about 5 extra chips? But all tasty..
The main entertainment can be found in the Starlight Bar directly next to the Jetty.
This is a good sized entertainment venue. Plenty of seats and a good sized bar. Drinks are reasonably priced and it sells a selection of bar snacks. They have Bingo on early and it finishes at 6:30pm after which the children's and family entertainment starts. We found all this to be good, with Beverley Bear and Sandy Starfish keeping the kids occupied.
You do have an onsite fish and chip shop. Which also served Pizzas, which got our kids thumbs up.
There is an arcade. All machines took cash, but there was no cash machine in the vicinity - This actually saved us money.
Over from the Boulevard, you have a small soft play area, which our kids enjoyed. But it is not large enough to occupy more than 3-4 families.

Other Onsite Facilities.
You have a good onsite shop. Prices were slightly inflated but it did have everything you may need.
You have two pools, one inside and one outside. It was too cold for us to use the outside pool, but it did look good. With a pool side ice cream shop and a paddling pool for young ones.
The indoor area/pool also had a gym and sauna. The pool, although deep allowing you to swim, is quite small and did not have a flume as many other parks do. This is something our kids were not impressed with.
It has a play area and a crazy golf course, both of which our kids enjoyed.

Location
These site is situated in a lovely part of the Country i.e. South Devon. Within a 30 minute drive you have Paignton, Torquay, Brixham, Totness and Dartmouth. All of which are lovely towns. There are some nice coastal beaches and coves within most. You also have Woodlands Theme Park close by, which has the Largest Indoor soft play area in the UK! Would we go back to Beverley Holidays again?
Although the park is good, our kids love water and slides. The fact that it did not have an indoor flume actually put our kids off. But please note, this was our families personal preference and we are sure many others will thoroughly love it.
Our Rating for Beverley Holidays;
Caravan = 9 /10
Facilities = 7/10
Location = 8/10
Entertainment = 7/10
Price = 7/10
