And you slowly start to lose track and start to feel anxious, depressed, and think nonstop negative thoughts?

One of the things that I strongly advocate is giving yourself a space to practice calmness and stillness—it's not going to be easy, but it will definitely help you reconnect to your true power and be intentional about where you want to go from there.
