Shrikhand is a thick, creamy dessert made out of Hung Curd and Sugar with some flavoring of you choice such as, Kesar (saffron), Elaichi (Cardamom), dry fruits, fresh fruit , Tutti-fruity , Mango, rose and the list goes on...
This creamy yogurt dessert is my favourite to make during hot days as its super easy and quick recipe with minimal ingredients and loved by everyone in our home.
I make different varieties of shrikhand, but the Kesar-Elaichi flaour is my favourite. This recipe is so versatile as you can add any flavouring of you choice.

Ingredients :

550 Gms Hung Curd
300 Gms Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder)
6-7 strands of saffron +3 tbsp warm Milk
