Wonder Woman theme // Jiří Vrba - Children of the Gods

Already three of my compositions were about the heroes from Marvel. So this time I decided to go with the competition. The DC Entertainment started its film universe with the Man of Steel three years ago. The second film arrived recently. Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice was huge disappointment for ones and succes for others but almost everyone agrees that first apperance of Wonder Woman on the silver screen was awesome.

When first trailers and pictures of BvS with Wonder Woman arrived I decided to do my own composition about the character. So here is "Children of the Gods". I hope you´ll like it :).

BTW Hans Zimmer´s theme for Wonder Woman is perfect of course!! :))

Už třikrát jsem se ve svých skladbách věnoval hrdinům ze stáje společnosti Marvel. Tentokrát se stavím u konkurence. Vydavatelství DC Comics nastartovalo svůj provázaný filmový vesmír snímkem Muž z Oceli na kterého letos v březnu navázal Batman V Superman: Úsvit Spravedlnosti. Ačkoli se názory kritiků i diváku na snímek velmi liší, téměř všichni se shodnou na faktu, že ve filmu zazářila debutantka na filmovém plátně - Wonder Woman. V našich končinách ne tak známá jako právě Batman a Superman, v zámoří se jim směle může rovnat ať už v aspektech síly, tak divácké popularity.

Když byly na začátku ledna zveřejněny první ukázky a fotky filmu BvS řekl jsem si, že bych se mohl zaměřit právě na Wonder Woman. Vznikla tedy skladba "Children of the Gods", kterou Vám dnes s radostí prezentuji.

Samotný film už je nějaký ten pátek "venku" a tak jsme si mohli poslechnout, jak se k postavě vyjádřil i fenomenální Hans Zimmer. Nutno říci, že samozřejmě dokonale :).
