In 2018, I flew my 9-year-old cat from Chicago O'Hare Airport to Fukuoka, Japan with a layover in Seoul, South Korea. The whole trip took about 24-26 hours.

Everything I purchased to prepare came from Amazon. The links of the exact purchases are sold out, but there are plenty of other sellers! You can look up keywords like 'expandable cat carrier airline approved, foldable cat litter box, jumbo cat box liners.'

It's quite obvious how tired I was at the end, yeh?
