Deanna Molinaro has Epidermolysis Bullosa, a rare skin condition that causes frequent trauma and blistering to the skin due to a lack of collagen.

Throughout Deanna's life, she has found ways to not only adapt, but to create beautiful artwork while dealing with the loss of her dominant hand.

Our Prosthetics & Orthotics team at the Ron Joyce Children's Health Centre has helped Deanna add a tool to her kit in the way of a myoelectric prosthesis, allowing her to perform some functionality that helps in her everyday life, including the artwork she has always fought to sustain.
