3️⃣ Use the pad of your index finger (not your nail) to shift the lens onto the white part

4️⃣ Gentle pinch with finger pads to lift it out

No force. No sticking. No irritation ✨

If lenses feel stuck:

Don't keep pulling. Add a lubricating drop first. Wait a few seconds. Then remove.
