Carrot Cake Pound Cake

This Carrot Cake Pound Cake is packed with brown sugar, allspice, clove, and ginger spices and topped with a brown sugar cream cheese icing.

Ingredients
For the Pound Cake:
3 c All-Purpose flour
2 c Dark Brown sugar
1 c Granulated sugar
5 Large Eggs - room temperature
1 c Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1 c Carrots - grated
2 tsps Vanilla
1 tsp Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Allspice
¼ teaspoon Cloves
¼ tsp Ginger
1 c Pecans - chopped

For the Icing:
8 oz of cream cheese - room temperature
2 c Powdered sugar
¼ c Light brown sugar
¼ c Unsalted butter - room temperature
1 teaspoon Vanilla
⅛ tsp Salt
