How to mix the Concrete Lab Concrete Sealer

This video is show you how to mix the Concrete Lab Concrete Sealer. Our sealer is suitable for;

1. traditional concrete
2. GFRC concrete
3. Microcement

Our sealer is applied in 4 coats. Each coat has a different dilution with coat 1 being thinnest to penetrate deeply into the concrete.

1. Measure the area of concrete you are sealing in square metres.
2. Use our Sealer Calculator to work out the amount of Part A, Part B and Water is required for each coat.

The procedure shown in the video is listed below.

1. Shake Sealer Part A thoroughly 
2. Measure out Sealer Part A using a dedicated syringe
3. Syringe the sealer into your mixer
4. Clean out the Part A syringe 
5. Turn your mixer on and mix for 2 minutes
6. Measure out Part B using separate syringe
7. Place the Part B into the mixer
8. Mix Part A and B for 3 minutes
9. After 3 minutes let it rest for 5 minutes
10. Prepare the water
11. After 5 mins add the 50DegC water to the A+B mix
12. Mix for 3 more minutes!
13. All done! Rest the sealer for 5 mins before application.
