This meditation for big feelings practice invites you to tune into any overwhelming or negative feelings you have and notice them in your body. You will begin practice with some simple seated stretches and move into awareness of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. You will end practice with some simple breath work.

This is a great beginner yoga practice and incorporates concepts of Trauma Informed Yoga as a way to start or deepen your mental health journey in order to feel more calm, regulated, and at ease daily. Yoga for mental health is a wonderful resource to add to your toolbox for self-improvement.
