The name of this cocktail might make you think it’s a load of nonsense, but it’s definitely one to try out!

The Cock and Bull cocktail gets its name from the Cock & Bull pub on the Hollywood strip, where it was invented as their “signature drink”. The ingredients might make it seem like an herbal, after dinner sipper, but it’s got enough sweetness and citrus to keep the cocktail nicely balanced.

So, let’s get to making it!

Cock & Bull Cocktail Recipe
22.5ml Bourbon
22.5ml Benedictine
15ml Cognac
7.5ml Triple Sec
1 Dash Orange Bitters

Regal stir the ingredients (stir with an orange peel in the mixing glass)

Serve in an old fashioned glass with a rock of ice and an orange twist.
