2023 Trek Marlin 8 Review | £1200 Beginner’s Bike

If you’re looking to start your mountain biking journey, we may have the bike for you, the Trek Marlin 8!

The 2023 Marlin is the third generation of the model and comes in at a very respectable £1,230.

It’s a robust package with a decent, if not spectacular, spec sheet. It’s fitted with a RockShox Judy Silver fork providing 100mm travel, SRAM SX Eagle drivetrain and Shimano MT200 brakes.
