Summer has thankfully passed here. Monsoons is perhaps the only time when it gets really cold and wet in the Sahyadri mountain ranges in Western Maharashtra. When everything is green and a bit bleak. Chicken Soup is just the thing you need to boost your immunity and get ready for the common cold we know is coming. So I am going to share a simple and flavorful recipe of chicken soup with you. Not sure if this is the chicken soup for the soul, but it sure is one for your tummy. There is something very comforting about sipping on hot chicken soup. I love the soothing, peppery chicken stock as it warms you from the inside. It has been raining for the last two days. A welcome relief from the near-drought situation the state had been facing. And to celebrate this, I have been working on planning a soup binge on the blog. Can’t say for sure how many I can come up with, but the plan is nearly in place.
