Bringing back Virtua Fighter for the Modern Day

So not too long ago we had effective confirmation of a new Virtua Fighter game in development. Its not announced yet, who knows when it will be, but its effectively a lock. That said what do we do with the franchise to modernize it? The last numbered game was 17 years ago and thats a long time to be on hiatus. So lets talk about gameplay systems, guest characters, costumes, and more to bring a new VF into the modern day!
