In today’s video, we’re modernising a boiler room setup! Currently, there’s a floor-standing oil boiler with a flue running through the chimney and a vented hot water cylinder. Our goal is to upgrade the entire system for improved efficiency and accessibility.

We’ll be relocating the boiler near an external wall in the boiler room, installing a new flue that vents out through the roof, making it fully accessible. Additionally, we'll remove and reconfigure the existing hot water cylinder, replacing it with a pressurised unvented hot water cylinder and a fully pumped system setup.
