Maggi is an international brand of seasonings, instant soups, and noodles that originated in Switzerland in late 19th century. The Maggi company was acquired by Nestlé in 1947. This Maggi Noodles recipe is the most loved instant noodles in India. It is loved by people of all age groups, be it kids or adults.It is the perfect snack recipe to curb those late night hunger pangs or when you are lazy to cook lunch or dinner.

Making Maggi has never been difficult but with butter Maggi, we can say it just got easier. Maggi noodles are a very popular variety of noodles available in India and across the globe for that matter, which comes with a readymade spice mix that makes it so distinct and delish. When the Maggi noodles are given the goodness of some butter, it becomes butter Maggi. I also like to call it the Bachelor’s Maggi because it calls for no special ingredients or technique. I am not judging bachelors’ cooking skill here. Never!

To make Butter Maggi, you will need:
Maggi Noodles
Butter: Do not cut down the quantity of butter mentioned in the recipe. Butter is the essence of this recipe.
Vegetables: Peas, Cabbage, Onions, Tomato, Garlic & Capsicum
➡ Instructions for : Butter Maggi
1. Boil noodles: Do not boil the noodles as per the instructions mentioned on the pack. You will end up with over cooked noodles. For this recipe boil 1 cup milk. Break noodles, add to boiling water. Cook till just done.
2. Strain and wash the boiled noodles: Strain the boiled noodles. Run cold water to avoid further cooking.
3. Sauté in butter and masala: Heat a pan. Add 1 tbsp butter. Once it melts, add boiled noodles. Add the readymade masala in the pack. Toss everything well. Add some butter on hot butter maggi noodles before serving.
4. Bon appétit: Serve Butter Maggi Noodles with butter toast and a glass of ice tea.Ingredients for: Butter Maggi

Serve it hot with some buttered toast for a weekend brunch.
HOW TO MAKE VEGETABLE MASALA MAGGI STEP BY STEP
1.Heat butter or oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste, onion and sauté till onions are soft.
2. Add tomatoes, mix vegetables and Stir-fry in high flame till they are 90% cooked and they have still little crispiness left.
3.Add water , maggi masala, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and mix well.
4.Bring water to boil, and add maggi noodles ,close lid and cook for 2-3 minutes or until water is absorbed. Stir in between.
5.Finally sprinkle chaat masala and switch off the flame.
6.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve maggi noodles recipe hot.
