Medisoft - Windows Not Opening Properly (Automatically Minimizing)

In this video, we go over how to resolve a very common problem in Medisoft where windows appear automatically minimized.

This can be especially frustrating when you are working in multiple windows as it will hide at the bottom and appear as if it did not launch.

Today, we're gonna be taking a look at a common issue in Medisoft, where you go to launch your window and it doesn't appear correctly or it seems that it hasn't opened at all.
So, what we're gonna do is first try to launch "transaction entry". You can see that the window had flashed, and then gone away. If you have multiple windows open at the same time, it may appear that this doesn't actually open.
In reality, it's at the bottom down here, and you just have to maximize it.
To resolve this issue, simply to up to "window" and close all windows, and then go back to that tab and do "clear window positions".
Now we can go back to "transaction entry" and it should appear in its default view.
