At what age can I potty train my child? (and should I do EC or potty training?)

Today I’d like to share about potty training ages and potty training methods, from birth upwards. To clear the air, so to speak. And to give permission! When am I allowed to potty train my child, to do elimination communication, or wrap all that up...when can I honestly shoot for having a potty independent child?
