In this video we discuss General exceptions From Sec 76- 86 we discussed in the video with case laws
As everyone know that defence play a major role in criminal law .
The defences as discussed under Section 76-106 of IPC are based on the fact that although the person committed an offense, he cannot be held criminally liable because as at the time the offense was committed, he was justified of his acts or he had no intention to commit such offense.
