The tech bro oligarchs are circling the wagons to defend Elon Musk’s dismantling of government services. Paris Marx joined Francesca to talk about the CEO of Palantir who is running interference for Elon.

Alex Karp took to CNBC’s Squawk Box to let us know that what Elon is doing is actually great for America. You may be wondering who this guy is and what exactly does Palantir do? They are a mass data collection company that processes your data and gives it to intelligence agencies and the Department of Defense. So, you know, mass surveillance. And now they are trying to move into collecting private healthcare information. Surely everything they are doing is on the up and up!

According to Alex Karp, the progressive left should admit that Elon is, “clearly the most qualified person in the world to do something like this.” Apparently the qualifications required to identify wasteful government spending include buying Twitter for forty four billion dollars and tanking its value, doing unhinged press conferences while flying on ketamine, and having slur-filled mental breakdowns on X when criticized for lying. But hey, CEOs of companies that make billions of dollars in defense contracts clearly know what they’re doing.
