Thai Red Curry Duck With Lychees

I've always loved Thai curries and when I discovered this red curry with duck and lychees it changed my whole perspective on Thai curries. The sweet flavour from the lychees really compliment the chilli and flavoursome curry sauce. The duck adds a special restaurant quality touch, enhancing the flavour and texture of the dish.
