WESTMINSTER- On March 1st, 2021, just after 10:00 PM a Riverside PD officer attempted to pull over a black Mercedes for an unknown reason. The driver failed to yield and pull over and a pursuit was initiated. The driver continued on the Westbound 91 through Riverside till he reached Beach Blvd and continued Southbound on Beach Blvd. A female passenger exited the vehicle and fled on foot but was arrested shortly after. The driver drove the vehicle to a Walmart on Beach and Trash in the City of Westminster. He drove up to the front door and foot-bailed into the Walmart. Police lost visual of the suspect and believed he exited through an emergency exit at the back of the store. Westminster officers located a subject that was near Walmart and detained him. The sweater the subject was wearing at this time did not match the description of the suspect but was later determined that he changed clothes. A bag of clothes with the white sweater that he was seen in was found in the Walmart. He was arrested and transferred over to Riverside PD.LLN IG - https://www.instagram.com/loudlabs_ne...
