oreboot on VisionFive 1 014: oreboot finally from flash

As part of the RISC-V International hackingdeveloper program, I received a StarFive VisionFive board, based on the JH7100 SoC featuring two SiFive U74 cores. My goal is to bring the oreboot port forward that we already had in progress for the predecessor board, the BeagleV. At the same time, I'm sharing the development process with the world doing live streams.

In this video, we start with a recap of OSFC 2022, which had taken place in the previous week. Then we build an oreboot image than can run from flash, and via the vendor's DRAM init, OpenSBI and U-Boot, we boot all the way through into Linux, though with a few quirks that we need to figure out another time.
